AWARD-WINNERS of the 2009 Windland Smith Rice International Awards in nineteen categories include the Grand Prize, Conservation Photographer of the Year, and the Youth Photographer of the Year. All of the Winners and the Highly Honored images appear in the Fall/Winter issue. A selection of enlarged prints accompanied by our High Definition video will be on display in the annual exhibition at the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History in Washington, DC, from November 12, 2009 through May 2, 2010. The new competition will begin accepting entries on January 1, 2010.
