OCEAN VIEWS
Operating in alliance with the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History, Nature’s Best Photography is now launching a new prestigious photography competition, open to photographers at all levels of experience worldwide. Ocean Views is a multi-media, photographic competition, created to inspire greater understanding and stewardship of ocean ecology through the art of photography.

Our goal is to build an extraordinary collection of imagery that illustrates and celebrates life within and dependant upon the ocean environment. The winning images will be displayed in a 6-month exhibition at the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History and published in the Summer 2008 edition of NATURE’S BEST PHOTOGRAPHY magazine. NATURE'S BEST BACKYARDS PHOTO CONTEST
You do not have to travel to the ends of the earth to take great photographs. Often some of the best images may be captured right in your own backyard, or found in your local community garden. NATURE'S BEST PHOTOGRAPHY FOR KIDS
Nature's Best Photography for Kids magazine invites all photographers 21 years old and younger to enter the first annual NBPK Photo Contest. The Grand Prize winner and other selected images will appear in a future issue of NBPK. Entries will be judged on technical quality, originality, and artistic merit. Contest Guidlines (PDF).
